- 1Confirm you're using MEGA (the cloud supported today).
- 2Check your MEGA login and that the account is active.
- 3Re-authorize access from Add cloud.
- 4Make sure the selected folder actually contains media files.
Don't use MEGA? That's the #1 reason connection fails today. Tell us your provider — more clouds are coming.
